Customer satisfaction is important to us, and product returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia.

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

A product may be returned if:

  • the product has not been used;
  • it is in its original condition;

3. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If the received product:

  • is damaged;
  • does not function properly;
  • does not match the order;

the customer should contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide relevant information or photos.

In such cases:

  • the product will be replaced, or
  • a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • products damaged by the customer;
  • products damaged due to improper use;
  • custom-made or personalized products;
  • hygiene or single-use products with opened packaging (if applicable).

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is made at the customer’s request, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • a damaged product;
  • an incorrect item sent by the store;
  • a manufacturing defect;

the store will cover all shipping costs.
